How did I get here? – Kieron Yeoman

It’s time for another meet the team blog. This week we are chatting to Kieron Yeoman, our co-founder. Kieron is a former Royal Marine. Before starting imployable , Kieron was running a business that actively coaches and supports people into work and helps the ‘unemployable’ into meaningful employment. This same drive to help people into work has carried into our work here at imployable. So read on to find out more about Kieron.

What is your job role at imployable?

 

I am the Co-Founder and COO.

 

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?

 

#NOTHING and sometimes #THINGS.

 

What did you want to be when you grew up?

 

From the age of 4-10 a pro wrestler like the Rock in WWF then as I grew older I wanted to be in construction then found myself in HM Forces.

 

What was your first ever job? (or strangest job?)

 

My first ever job was a paper round where not many people got there papers, I was quite naughty back then.

 

If you could swap jobs with anyone else in here who would it be?

 

Every job in the office has a meaning and purpose so any!

 

What’s your favourite thing about working here?

 

I like everything about coming into work, we have fun, we work hard and we get stuff done!

 

What are you doing if your not at work?

 

I like to spend time with the family (GF and the 3 boys), fitness when find time, days out, walking and socialising.

A fact we don’t know about you?

 

When i was younger I had Henoch-Schonlein purpura and I don’t eat cheese.
