Future Female Leaders

Future Female Leaders is a six-part online development programme designed to help young women aged 16 to 18 build the confidence, skills and mindset needed to succeed in education, employment and leadership.

Through live, interactive webinars led by inspiring women from business and industry, participants explore public speaking, confidence, negotiation, dealing with difficult people, leadership and career development. Each session combines real-life experiences with practical advice, opportunities to ask questions and activities that help students apply what they have learned.

The programme gives young women the opportunity to:

• Develop confidence and self-belief
• Communicate their ideas clearly
• Strengthen their leadership skills
• Learn from successful female role models
• Build valuable skills for education and employment
• Connect with young women across the UK

Students who complete at least four sessions and the associated activities will receive a Future Female Leaders certificate.
