Future Female Leaders – Course Overview

Future Female Leaders is an inspiring six-part programme designed to empower young women aged 14–18 with the confidence, skills and knowledge to become the leaders of tomorrow.

Through engaging webinars led by successful female professionals and industry leaders, students will gain valuable insights, hear real-life experiences and develop essential skills to support their personal and professional growth.

The course covers six key topics:

• Building Your Personal Brand – Recognise your strengths, understand your value and make a positive impression.

• Negotiation Skills – Build the confidence to ask for what you want, communicate effectively and understand when to compromise.

• Public Speaking – Develop the skills to express your ideas clearly and speak with confidence.

• Building Confidence and Self-Belief – Overcome self-doubt, recognise your potential and believe in your abilities.

• Dealing with Difficult People and Situations – Learn how to manage challenges, communicate assertively and build resilience.

• Developing Your Leadership Style – Discover your leadership strengths and learn how to inspire and positively influence others.

Each session combines practical advice, personal experiences and opportunities to ask questions, helping students apply what they learn to everyday life, education and future careers.

Students who complete at least four of the six lessons and their accompanying worksheets will receive a Future Female Leaders Certificate of Completion.
