Personal, Effective 1-1 Coaching

We conduct 1-1 coaching that makes a difference, it all starts with trust. We get to know the people we coach; we work to understand their current situation, their needs and their goals. Only once we build this trust and knowledge, we can start to make a difference and affect real change. This means helping them build the confidence, knowledge and skills to gain meaningful employment.

Face to Face Coaching

We can conduct physical, in person coaching sessions across the UK. All our coaching provisions follow proven programmes that are tailored and delivered to all demographics; from young people to over 50's. Physical coaching can be daunting for participants but our coaches are highly skilled and very personable.

Virtual Coaching

We are experts in virtual coaching and have incredible success with this approach. We’ve found that virtual coaching completely reduces anxiety for the people we coach and accelerates our success. Our participants don't need to travel, incur no costs, and can be in a comfortable setting, which increases effectiveness of the coaching.

DWP Dynamic Purchasing

We have successfully delivered approximately 20 contracts for the DWP across the UK. We tender for provisions needed and can tailor our programmes to meet the needs of participant cohorts.

Contracts

We have the skilled coaches, knowledge, and infrastructure to take on employability programmes across the UK as a prime supplier.

Sub Contracting

We are currently delivering bespoke employability programmes for many prime suppliers on the DWP Restart Programme.

We can work with any prime supplier on any employability and wellness programmes.

Individual Coaching

We work with many people on an individual basis, on our self-funded coaching programmes. Our coaches can work with you to create your own bespoke course that will help you hit your employability and wellness goals successfully.

How do imployable work with other training providers

imployable work with several industry leaders. We have a successful model wherein we have a clear-cut process. From onboarding and referrals, through to turning disengaged into engaged. The entire process includes thorough communication, well implemented campaigns, such as our ‘Call Kieron’ campaign, WhatsApp and E-Newsletter engagement with BA’s and EA’s, as well as bi-monthly reporting and stats.
