Transitioning from military life in 2013, Kieron ventured into the private security industry before embarking on a transformative path as a coach and mentor. Founding a coaching and mentoring company in 2014, he dedicated himself to supporting the unemployed, particularly focusing on youth programs for individuals aged 16-24. His passion for creating positive change led Kieron to support numerous charities and spearhead successful projects and contracts across the country. In 2017, he co-founded imployable with his friend and fellow Royal Marine, Peter Kelly, leveraging their combined expertise to revolutionise the employment landscape.
Despite facing personal challenges, including two strokes in 2020 prior to the pandemic and living with a neurological condition, Kieron’s resilience shone through. Undeterred, he embarked on a mission to establish the coaching department within imployable and its technology, focusing on supporting individuals wellbeing and career development, particularly during the pandemic. With a wealth of experience collaborating with prime providers, independent training organisations, charities, and educational institutions, Kieron is renowned for his dedication to empowering others. A true people person, he consistently goes above and beyond to mentor and develop those around him, helping them achieve their goals and realise their full potential.
