Marina brings a wealth of expertise to the table having also completed her MBA at The University of Exeter and her CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources. Known for her ability to lead the team and drive business success she fosters impactful relationships and excels in her role through her strategic approach and a passion for making a difference.
Marina’s early career started after she completed her Batchelors degree in Events Management at Plymouth University where she organised and lead large-scale mass participation events and spear headed fundraising campaigns! until she decided it was time for a change and transitioned into the corporate world of Start-Ups, Technology, and Innovation!

Outside of her professional endeavours, Marina finds joy in watching and participating in sports, including a local Netball league. As a trustee of Plymouth Astor Trust, she is deeply committed to empowering Plymouth’s vulnerable communities to improve their well-being and promote sustainability. A steadfast animal rights advocate, Marina has rescued two cats from Egypt, embodying her dedication to making a positive impact on the world. She also enjoys exploring new countries and trying new cuisines, finding inspiration in diverse cultures and plant-based culinary experiences!
