Every student answers a set of questions before applying for the WEX programme

Our user friendly technology supports both the Student and the Employer throughout.

Access Campaign

Students log into the platform and browse available opportunities. They can view details such as employer information, WEX type, skills required, dates, and application guidance. Once they choose a campaign, they can bookmark or proceed directly to apply.

Apply for Work Experience

After selecting the campaign, the student begins the application process. They review the work experience overview, expectations, and benefits and watch a short video before applying. The platform guides them step by step, ensuring they understand what they’re applying for before submitting interest.

Pre Screening questions and cover letter

Students complete structured pre-screening questions. These questions help match students based on skills, interests, and suitability. Students are prompted to upload or generate a cover letter using built-in support tools, templates, and AI guidance.

Interview via Equitas Platform

Once pre-screening is reviewed, eligible students receive a notification with an invitation to interview. They can select available time slots, confirm attendance, and access preparation materials including employer videos, tips, and sample interview questions.

The final stage involves completing a live video interview within the Equitas platform. Students answer timed or live interviewer-led questions and are assessed consistently against criteria. After the interview, feedback and next steps are shared via the platform.
